LiftVerify is a service of Timestep Pty Ltd (ABN 83 612 441 559). This statement explains, in plain Australian language, how we collect and use information submitted through the LiftVerify website.
Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the contact, company, location, project and technical information you provide, together with basic website and attribution data such as pages visited, the referring site, campaign identifiers and general device information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess scope, prepare quotations, deliver engineering services, maintain ordinary business records, improve the enquiry process, protect the website and meet legal, insurance and professional obligations.
Disclosure
Information may be disclosed to Timestep personnel and to service providers we use for website hosting, secure data storage, communications, analytics, professional advice and business administration, only as reasonably needed. Timestep does not sell personal information.
Where information is processed
The website is built and hosted using Lovable services. Enquiry form data is intended to be stored in the selected Lovable Cloud Asia Pacific region. Some providers or support operations may process limited information outside Australia. We do not guarantee that all processing occurs only in Australia.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for enquiry handling, professional services, and legal, insurance and record-keeping requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer required, where lawful and practical.
Access, correction and complaints
To request access to information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or raise a privacy complaint, contact enquiries@liftverify.com.au.
Sensitive information
Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential technical files through the initial web form. If required for a project, we will arrange an approved secure method to receive documents.
Cookies, measurement and advertising
The live LiftVerify website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage, traffic attribution and enquiry conversions. Google may process this data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States.
The categories of data collected for measurement are: UTM campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), Google Ads and other click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), landing URL and referrer, and standard cookies or browser storage used to support enquiry attribution and basic measurement. Enquiry form data is stored in Lovable Cloud in the Asia Pacific region; some providers or support operations may process limited information outside Australia.
For general information about how Google handles data on sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Timestep does not conduct remarketing, build personalised advertising audiences, use Google Ads enhanced conversions, or upload customer-match or other customer-data lists.
